Just a quick what if, I was thinking of the transfer blood stain in the back of the Rav4 and being from the country wondered if she was indeed hung upside down and drained by slitting the throat. The blood would have drained to the hair and then if she was transferred on a tarp in the back of her vehicle the motion from the vehicle over rough roads/terrain could have caused the body and head to roll into the side of the rav causing the hair/blood mark. Although this theory also points to Brendan knowing about the throat slice and therefore having knowledge of how she died and points to guilt there…I would just like to see this case cleared up and the responsible party brought to justice. Ms. Halbach on all accounts seems to be a person i would have enjoyed meeting and I feel horrible for her family to have lost her in such a senseless violent manner.

I assume you’re referring to the phone call between Wiegert and Remiker? This may have been what they believed at the time of that particular call, and that their timeline changed as they pieced the various facts together over the course of the case. Due to the many conflicting testimonies provided, we really can’t be certain which property she went to last. At least, I haven’t seen any definitive evidence toward settling this question.

With re to the Zipperers, in order to move past speculation what we really need are more of their details. Background? Criminal history? Longrunning feud with the Averys? Motive(s)? Etc. That Mr. Zipperer was “belligerent” with the police over the phone is so razor thin it is barely worth mentioning. We simply need more to work with. And the reason we don’t might simply be because it is a dead end; the defense didn’t seem to have plausible case against them (even without the third-party liability statute).

I’ve since learned more about George Zipperer and the facts surrounding TH’s timeline that were bleached over in official reports. It turns out that it was not the Avery Salvage Yard That TH was last at, but the Zipperer’s property. And like that it was out there in the open the whole time. Turns out you just had to search for it and sift through what was left out of MAM. Ken Kratz very skillfully kept George Zipperer off of the witness stand, but his wife had already done the damage with her testimony. Perhaps this is why the Zipperer’s were pretty much intentionally left out of MAM, but all of the other possible suspects were placed out in the open to speculate over.

Thanks for amending my theory. It wasn’t the best piece of writing of mine. It was more a stream of thought that I left on someones youtube channel. But it does make some sense none the less.
