To say that I was impressed is an understatement. I am 77 and have been an atheist all my life, except for a couple of distractions, and my mother who lived until she was 97 was also a non-believer. Some of the words used by you were above my comprehension but that did not reduce the effectiveness of your arguments.
I see that you have a German Shepherd. That’s great. They are beautiful animals. As a result of the dogs in my (our) lives (Jeannie is my wife) in 2009 I started a blog called Learning from Dogs and subsequently wrote a book of the same name.
I will look up how to follow you in your writings. Well done!

The point I was making there concerns our ability to detect the actions of an interventionist agency, not our ability to understand said agency, be it its motives, phenomenological makeup or whatever else. *If* the argument that any intervention in the natural order is in principle susceptible to empirical observation is correct, then we should have ample evidence on hand for the agency in which many theists profess to believe. Thus, the case for existence here isn’t contingent upon any human understanding of posited deities but on our ability to make an empirical case for the object(s) of theistic belief.
